She is also well versed in Herbology, Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, and Nutritional Supplements. An avid cook, she offers guidance for health supportive food preparation. Cristi, a California native has lived in northern VA since 1992 (outside of two years overseas). She earned her B.S. in Health Psychology from SDSU with minors in Art and Business. In addition to the field of healthcare, she has worked in marketing/publishing and education. Cristi is passionate about health and wellness through food, fitness, and creative expression. She shares whole self health and creativity through a balance of mind/body activities- cooking with fresh, organic, whole foods, practicing yoga, hiking, running and creating art with textiles, primarily. Cristi enjoys the great outdoors- the change of seasons on the east coast, tending her own flower/herb garden as well as The Natural Marketplace kitchen garden, and the opportunity for community service through the Education Farm in Fauquier County. She is the proud mom of two teenagers, two cats, and a Great Pyrenees
